Learning outcomes guide undergraduate programs to empower and equip students to deal with complexity, diversity, and change. The LEAP Essential Learning Outcomes are designed to provide a new framework to prepare students for the complex challenges of today’s interconnected world.
It is not enough, however, simply to identify outcomes for student learning; educational quality is achieved through the use of authentic assessment data to guide planning and teaching.
